Refund Policy

This refund policy (“Refund Policy) mandate the terms of the refunds which the users (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “you” or “Your” or “End-User” or “Users”) access and register on the primhub.ai, m-web and mobile application (collectively referred to as the ‘Prim Platform’), operated by Niwiai Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “Our” or “Us” or “niwi.ai” or “Company”), and the Platform Services (as defined below and hereinafter referred to as “niwi.ai Platform Services), provided through the Prim Platform.

You may cancel Prim subscription at any point in time. However, Prim Platform shall not be obligated to refund any money to You under any instance. You hereby agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy as soon as you register with Prim Platform. Last Updated on March 4th, 2024.
